Beginning Experience of the Hudson Valley: Faith-based ministry serving those who have lost a spouse due to death, divorce or separation. Offers in-person and online programs that help people grieving the end of a marriage.
Eagle’s Wings: Largest food pantry in Beaufort County, NC. Provides free nutritional assistance to more than 500 families each month.
EME Ministries: Enables mission endeavors in Europe and the Middle East. Projects have included church construction, church planting, national Sunday School training seminars, prayer treks and Bible placement in hostile lands.
Open Door Community Center: Provides safe shelter to women and children in need in Beaufort County, NC. Also provides referrals to services that can help homeless women and children improve their circumstances.
Pamlico Rose Institute and Rose Haven Center of Healing: Helps female veterans to overcome the effects of trauma and ease the struggle of the post-military service transition to civilian life.
Purpose of God Annex Outreach Center: Works to empower and expand opportunities for all children. Also serves disadvantaged and/or at-risk youth, adults, and their families. Offers programs and services that improve overall well-being.
Ruth’s House: Works to end domestic violence in Beaufort County. Offers safe shelter, counseling and court advocacy services to those fleeing an abusive relationship.
Salvation Army Eastern North Carolina: Christian evangelical church that holds weekly worship services, and provides a variety of services to the community, including food pantry, clothing vouchers, rent & utilities emergency assistance, and disaster response.
Young Life on the Pamlico: Introduces adolescents to Jesus Christ and helps them to grow in their faith.
